Allen and Christy are Engaged!

My husband and I sat in his car, in a parkinglot, in the cold, waiting for a church bell to ring on a Friday night. Not exactly your typical weekend plans. But this night was special because my best friend since birth (or kindergarden) was inside this special church building (that she grew up in and her father preached in) being proposed to! Talk about suspense! Allen rang the church bell as a signal for us, her parents and friend Abby to come inside. I've never been to another engagement (other than my own) so this was pretty special!

This is only part one of their engagement pictures as part two will take place in Chattanooga TN, and Lookout Mountain, GA where they're finishing up school and we'll be visiting this spring.
