The first wedding of the season and we started things off right with Jerrod and Laura! We scared off the rain and had an absolutely gorgeous day on Saturday with this lovely couple. Stacy came along with me and did a fantastic job - she's so much fun to have along as well :) We had deep conversations about river currents during dinner...(as the reception was at the Gateway Building downtown Peoria) Such a fun couple, wedding party, and day in general - congratulations Jerrod and Laura!!

Haha - we did have a good 'ole time discussing the phenomenon that is the river current underneath the bridge. I tried to look up the science behind it, but so far, I have come up empty handed. =)Shall we just blame it on the moon?
Jerrod and Laura if you are reading this - you guys were so much fun and you had such a beautiful ceremony. I wish you this best!
