This location was one of my favorites of all the areas we visited - and only about 1 mile from our hotel. It's called the Vermillion Lakes region, and apart from being a hotbed for photographers and mosquitos alike - is just plain beautiful. I think I dragged the hubby here morning and evening just about every day of our trip. This is a morning shot, before we made the early 3 hour drive up to Jasper National Park.
