Walking into the sanctuary at Delavan United Methodist Church, Stacy and I first noticed how beautiful it was and the amazing pew decorations complete with twigs and red bows - very creative! We started out with pictures of the guys as the ladies finished getting ready. Josh and Mary elected to see eachother before the ceremony, so they had a special time of seeing eachother in the sanctuary (I admit, I spied from the corner...) before heading outside for some pictures of just the two of them. Before I go on, I suppose it must be explained why their pictures are all sitting down. Well, this stunningly beautiful bride happened to have the misfortune of being bitten by the stomach flu bug the day of her wedding. Surprised? Me too, because you would never know it by looking at how radiant she is in these pictures. She was such a trooper! We took formals sitting on the alter and in the pews - it was a fun changes of pace! Sure more relaxed than normal. The reception was held at the Kickapoo Creek Winery, and was beautiful as always. With adorable jumping/dancing flower girls and a touching first dance, the evening was wonderful.
Congratulations Josh and Mary!
