Tim and Katie's wedding day was clearly beautiful - but as cameras and internet have yet to find a way to capture the temperature and portray it to the viewer, I will just have to tell you. It was COLD. Cold and windy. But look at these troopers outside braving the elements for great images. Now that's my kind of couple! These two chose to see eachother prior to their ceremony as they knew it would be dark afterwords and you just can't get the same quality of images when there's no daylight to play with :) There ceremony and reception were both held at the Kickapoo Creek Winery as guests kept warm with hot chocolate during the ceremony, and good food and dancing during the reception.
Congratulations Tim and Katie!

I think I just found a new favorite photographer!! Your work is stunning. Thanks for the post on my blog. Crazy thing.. I'm actually shooting a wedding in Bloomington in May! I think a get together is in our future. How did you come across my blog? I'm guessing Justin Marantz Photography?
Wow. Lots of gorgeous shots here. My favorites are the bride laying across the couch, the bride and groom in front of those crazy, tall grasses--nice! And the shot of the groom with his grandmother (I assume) is priceless. What a beautiful venue!
that last shot is so beautiful. the shoe shot is spot on. very creative. love all the skin tones as well.
I LOVE your style! (And your website too... especially the music!) I'm so glad you dropped by my blog because I'm loving your work and definitely coming back again!

Incredible work and I love your use of light! The groom and grandmother is A-MA-ZING!
Beautiful pictures! And I LOVE your reception photos! Do you use pocket wizards to get such great light?
